Leigh’s practice focuses on all stages of estate planning and estate administration. Leigh advises clients on the tax and estate planning strategies best suited to the preservation and protection of assets for intended beneficiaries.
Prior to joining the firm, Leigh was a litigation associate at Block & Leviton LLP and Cooley Manion Jones LLP. During law school, Leigh interned in the Civil Division of the United States Attorney’s Office in Boston and with the Hon. Judith G. Dein at the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Leigh is licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts.
Joshua’s practice focuses on all aspects of estate planning and trust and estate administration. He advises clients with respect to the use of sophisticated estate planning techniques and post-mortem planning opportunities. Joshua was born and raised in Rhode Island. Prior to joining Howland Evangelista Kohlenberg Burnett LLP, Joshua practiced as an attorney at a boutique litigation firm near Fort Lauderdale, Florida. During law school, Joshua served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Judge Adalberto Jordan on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit in Miami, Florida.
